Today our whole class went up to the kitchen to create our very own Mexican inspired mocktails.
We used lime cordial, soda water, ice, syrup, orange juice, sugar and salt to make our drinks ๐
We then blended our mixture together to create a slush like texture and used lime to line our glasses and mixed the top of the glass in sugar and salt to make the garnish ๐ง
Cheers ๐น
This morning we took part in our House Olympics. Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin took part in a range of events and worked together to time their teammates and order decimals.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the Mumโs and Dadโs that joined us today in our class for the book tasting event.
We really enjoyed sharing our story writing journey with you and enjoying some tasty cupcakes.
Today Group 1 of our Mearns Masters cooked their very own vegetarian enchiladas, inspired by the famous Mexican dish.
We built on the skills that we practised in week one – using the bridge cutting technique to prepare the vegetables for our dish.
We then carefully wrapped the vegetable mixture into tortilla wraps and covered them in a yoghurt and cheese sauce which we then baked in the oven.
Delicioso ๐๐ด
We had an excellent first session of Bikeability today in P6.22.
We enjoyed developing our control, balance and confidence on our bikes in the playground ๐ฒ
