As a result of discussion with some parents we have identified that there are common topics in regards to your child’s development or behaviour which may give you cause for concern or cause frustration. We plan to introduce a range of workshops/interactive sessions where you can access advice and support from our experienced staff team and also from other parents.

Rachael

Hi everyone, my name is Rachael and I have worked at Colquhoun park EYC for since I qualified as a practitioner in 2019. I am currently carrying out the role of Acting Senior Early Years Worker and I am grateful to work in such a fantastic centre alongside the best staff team, children and families.

I absolutely relish in having the opportunity to watch our little learners grow and develop and being a part of it is a privilege. I love the power of storytelling, it is my favourite thing to take part in and seeing first-hand the children’s imagination coming to life is truly rewarding. The sheer enjoyment and curiosity that comes from it is amazing.

I recently qualified as Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) Facilitator and as such have taken on the role of Family Champion in centre. Feel free to ask if you have any questions or I can support you in any way.
