If you are experiencing financial worries or hardship, you can get advice from the East Dunbartonshire Money Talk Team to help ensure you are receiving all the money you are entitled to.

This Service can provide support and advice on the below:

Money Advice
Tax Credits & Benefits
Consumer Debts
Housing
Utilities (Gas, Electricity, Telephone)

Advisors will check whether you’re getting as much income as you possibly could and find ways that you could pay out less each month.

You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year)
