Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Bronze Expedition – May 2022
Massive congratulations to the S5 and S6 pupils in the SLC who have successfully completed their Bronze Expedition. All the staff at RBA and their parents are super proud of how well they have done to complete this really challenging section of the Award.
The pupils walked a total of 20 km over two days following the River Lugar for day one and then along the banks of the River Ayr for day two. This walk was linked with an overnight camp at Boswell House, Auchinleck which provided them with a great venue steeped in history and scenically beautiful. A big thank you to our friends at Boswell Estate.
