The form below is only to be completed by the parents of the P6/7 Cross Country team.

I give permission for my child to attend the SSAA Primary Schools’ Cross Country Championships at Kirkcaldy High School on Saturday 27th April 2019.

I give permission for the school to provide Eddie Tonner (parent coach) with my contact details to organise the event.
