Dance & Drama After School Activities – “A Wee Pause” – Please Read

Dear Families,
We hope you’ve shared a happy, safe weekend.
Please be advised, unfortunately all Dance and Drama and P7 Dance Fest after school classes will NOT run this week.
Classes will run from 14th – 18th June as normal for the final session of the term.
P6 Dance Fest will run as normal this week Tuesday 8th June with Miss Howat.
All Sport activities will also run as normal. 
We thank you for you support and understanding at this time and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Sports Day Parent Information

Due to Covid Guidance, this year we are not permitted to have Parents/Carers attend our school sports days. Our digital leaders will be taking photographs at all of our sports day events which we will share with you. We hope to have you all back in school again soon!  

Our planned sports days are:

Tuesday 25 May:   Primary 1   1.30pm

Wed 26 May:         Primary 6   10.00am        Primary 2  1.30pm

Thurs 27 May:       Primary 4   9.30am           Primary 5   11.00am

                              Primary 3   1.30pm

Wed 2 June:          Primary 7   9.30am

On Sports Days we are asking pupils to come to school wearing their sports clothes and if possible a t- shirt showing their team colour. We will give all pupils a coloured badge to represent their team. We also ask that your child brings a non fizzy drink.

This year we have new house names and shields chosen and designed by our pupils:

PATHS Parent Information Session

PATHS @ Onthank Primary School 

Join our PATHS Information Parent/Carer Virtual Event!

Date : Tuesday 25thMay 

Time : 4-5pm 

 

This interactive session will include information on:

  • What is PATHS?
  • Why is PATHS @ Onthank Primary?
  • The PATHS Curriculum
  • PATHS Social Emotional Learning Development

You will be given an insight and overview on how you can continue ‘PATHS @ Home’, support your child’s learning and development outside of school and finsh with time for any questions. Parents from all stages welcome!

Congratulations on an ‘egg-cellent’ perfect guess Aimee – 141 eggs in our ‘How Many Eggs?’ jar! Enjoy! 🐥
The closest guess from each stage also received a prize.
 
Thank you to everyone who joined the Easter fun, raising £340 for our Pupil Voice identified learning and leisure resources.
 
Our whole school community has shared another great term and we can’t wait to welcome our young people back on Monday 19th April at the same staggered times.

EASTER EGGS-TRAVAGANZA ACTIVITIES


As we come to the end of an ‘egg-cellent’ Spring Term we are ‘egg-cited’ for a week of Easter themed activities including our at home Egg Design challenge, and in school ‘How many Eggs’?
