Use your previous spelling lists and practise these words in any way you choose:

• rainbow writing
• sentences
• bubble writing
• painting
• use pebbles, lego, twigs, wool etc to create letters and spell out words

Do this for your common words too.

Practise writing sentences :

• Remember a capital letter starts a sentence and a full stop ends
• Alphabetical order
• Use adjectives to describe the names of things (nouns)
• Use one connective to make your sentence more interesting
• Use different words to start your sentences (openers)
• Use a thesaurus to find  more exciting words (synonyms)
• Write questions
• Use speech marks
