Friday afternoon we have a STEM session. Can you collect junk materials from around the house to bring in a plastic bag so that we can make some fireworks? We only have a 40 minute session so we need to make them quickly!! Thank you!

Our Personal Learning Plans are just about up for review for Term 1.
We were focusing on correct letter formation and being able to write our first and second name all on our own. This week for homework I have sent home a sheet for you to practise on and see if our target has been achieved.
Word wall are now in school bags instead of me writing individual words in the little jotters. Five ticks at reading the word and you can colour the brick in. This allows your child to work at their own pace.
Can your child bring an empty and clean one of these please?
Needed for arts and craft session after holiday week!
2 of these??
Thank you.

This will start after the September break but in the mean time as I get things up and running your child will have a home-school link jotter in their bags to start reading some tricky words.
These are specific to your child only.
Please take 5 minutes as often as you can to read these words. Place a tick at the word if they can and a dot if they can’t. After five ticks we can move on and and replace the words.
When they can read the words the next challenge is to spell them on their own… let’s keep this valuable task going!
Please keep this jotter in their bags at all times.
Thank you Mrs B
