We often use earphones while we are using the laptops in class to listen to audiobooks or for individual children to use reading aids such as the immersive reader on word online. We have class sets of earphones but given current situation if a class uses the set they must be left for 72 hours before use by another class which obviously restricts use.
It would be very helpful if your child could bring a set of earphones like the ones pictured below to help with continued use of these programmes and class options. They are usually very inexpensive or come with mobile phones or mp3 players and can be easily kept in your child’s school bag.
