This will ensure that a staff member is on an entry door to the playroom, 2 key workers are sitting with the children and able to have conversations with them at an altogether time and able to settle any child who is upset and that all staff members are still able to take messages about children. This will also ensure that no child leaves the playroom without a staff member noticing them. The doors will be open for 10 minutes and then the children will go and play.
