Football success

Catrine PS pupils have been representing our school in football tournaments and games recently.

Our school team played against Hillhead PS on 16.03.26, winning comfortably 6-0 and we now wait to see if we progress onto the next round of the Small Schools Cup, having won 4 games, drew 1 game and lost 1 game.  Fingers crossed!

Discovery Dens – Pancake Making

The pupils in Marneil House enjoyed taking part in making pancakes together. They practiced important life skills by learning to read and follow a simple recipe, carefully measuring and mixing the ingredients. The pupils also demonstrated good hygiene by washing their hands before preparing the food and keeping their workspace clean. Throughout the activity, they were reminded about safety when cooking, such as being careful around hot surfaces and equipment. This hands-on experience helped develop their independence, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.

Please can pupils return their stick competition and any books they wish to add to the book swap by Wednesday 4th March.
