Catrine Values – C

Our Rights Respecting School Committee Group are updating our School and ECC Values and have created a new look.  We are consulting our pupils and staff on each Value over the next few weeks, and we think it’s very important that parents, families and friends give their input too.

Our new Values spell out CATRINE, with the C standing for Community.

Family Chess Club – P4 – P7

We are delighted that Mr Sean Mangan will start an after school Chess Club on Tuesday 25th April, 3.00pm – 4.00pm. This club will be for pupils for P4 – P7 and will  run for 4 weeks. This  will give pupils a chance to practice the chess skills they have been learning in class.

We would love to involve our adult family members as we know the children have been sharing their enthusiasm for chess at home. Don’t worry if you have never played chess, Mr Mangan will guide us through the rules.

Please complete the link below, thank you

Parents Night Feedback

Thank you so much to all Parents and Carers who attended their child’s appointments last night. Our teachers really enjoyed sharing their progress and achievements with you. We had an overall turnout of 92%, which is wonderful.

Our Captains were asking our parents and carers two very important questions;

  • What makes a quality pupil?
  • What makes a quality teacher?

We have collated your responses – please click on the links below for your feedback.
