May Home Circles @ 16.05.24

In our Home Circles on Wednesday we all focused on another article from the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child.

Article 16 states that ‘every child has the right to privacy. The law must protect children’s privacy, family, home, communications and reputation (or good name) from any attack’.

In our Home Circles we had big questions to answer …

Our ‘If you were an engineer what would you do?’ Leaders Award Winner

Congratulations to the winner of the ‘If you were an engineer what would you do?’ leaders award for 2024!

Shaun’s invention was entered along with 70,000 other applicants, went through two vigorous rounds of judging and was then selected as the P2 winner across Scotland!

We would like to also congratulate  Ava Gilmour who was shortlisted for her invention for the P3 category.

Catrine Show Art Winners

We are delighted to announce that Catrine Primary School were successful in the three categories at the Catrine Show Art Competition.

Primary 1 – 3 : 1st place : Miley P3

Primary 1 – 3 : 3rd place : Ava D P2

Primary 4 – 5 : 1st place : Brooke P5

Primary 6 – 7 : 2nd place : Zac P7

Well done to our winners and to all the pupils that entered the competition.
