Catrine PS is proud to be a School Streets area and to keep our pupils safe we have parking restrictions in place around our school streets at both drop-off and pick-up times.
Between 8.45-9.15am and 2.45-3.15pm the streets around our school should be free from all traffic, apart from residents, to ensure our pupils and wider school community can enter and leave our school safely. We would appreciate your ongoing support in this matter.
A warm welcome to all family and friends on Wednesday 27th September from 9.00-10.20am to visit our classes and find out what we’re learning in Numeracy and Maths.
We look forward to seeing you all!
Please help us collect the tokens.
We have registered with the Scottish Sun for the Free Music For Class giveaway. Tokens start from Saturday 23rd Sept.
The promotion will provide up to 500 primaries across Scotland with a brilliant, free instrument kit as well as music education resources for a full year – a combo worth £400 in total.
And the idea behind the campaign, which is in partnership with Specsavers, is to get youngsters playing music and developing a life-long love of the art.
Each school must collect a total of 500 tokens to get their hands on the fabulous kit, which includes wooden tambourines, maracas and castanets. They will also get a year’s subscription to Collins education resource Music Express.
