Arrangement for week beginning Monday 17th August

  • We are keeping our staggered start and finish times for the time being, so P1/2, P3 and P5/6 will start at 9.00am and finish at 3.00pm (please note ALL Primary 1 pupils will start at 9.00am from 17.08.20) and P2, P4/5 and P6/7 starting at 9.10am and finishing at 3.10pm.
  • Pupils don’t need to bring in their school bags – all resources are being provided in class
  • Pupils should arrive at school in time for their bell ringing – to comply with social distancing guidelines we can’t have children in our playground too early in the morning unsupervised
  • EAC would like to thank all parent/carers who have tried their best to comply with national guidelines at the school gates – it is the responsibility of parents/carers to move away from the school gates once they have dropped off/collected their child(ren) to avoid large groups forming unnecessarily to keep everyone safe and healthy
  • We already have brand new items of school uniform in our Lost Property!! PLEASE ensure all of your child’s uniform items are labelled
  • In line with national guidelines, to avoid multiple staff visits to classrooms, we are asking parents/carers not to ask us to pass on a message to their child during the school day UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY.

Thank you for your cooperation during our ‘soft start’ week, and well done to the pupils of Catrine PS who have started this new term with confidence, positivity and enthusiasm.  Have a lovely weekend.

Mrs Govans
