  • P1 Home Activities for Literacy

    Dear Primary 1 parents, We have been learning the letters s and a this week. In addition to reading with your child daily, here are some fun letter activities to do with your child at home if you want. Put some dry rice, sand, shaving foam or similar on a baking tray and encourage your child to write the letters s and a with their finger. Make the letters s and a with playdough.     Our first full week back together for our learners and we are so proud of them all. Today we held our first full assembly.  The theme for this week’s assembly was ‘Hope’.   We talked about our hopes for the school session ahead.  This is a particularly important theme as we continue to observe the  Church’s Jubilee Year and the theme of Pilgrims of Hope.
