Road Safety At St. Joseph’s

Our pupils are taking positive action to help keep our community safe!

We were delighted to welcome our local police officers, who joined forces with our children to raise awareness about the importance of slowing down near our school. Together, with road safety signage, they’re encouraging drivers travelling along Lewis Street to stick to 20mph and help make our area safer for everyone.

We’ve began displayout our Road Safety Little People messages outside the school- a bright visual reminder to all drivers to slow down and stay alert.

Well done to our pupils for their enthusiasm in promoting road safety, and a big thank-you to our local police for their support. Let’s work together to keep Lewis Street safe — 20’s Plenty!
