St. Joseph’s First Choir Practice – A Great Start!

This week we held our very first choir practice, and it was a fantastic way to kick off the season. We had a brilliant turnout, with children from across the primaries coming together to sing some much-loved Christmas carols. 🎶🎄

For our first session, we focused on singing as a group and trying out some harmonies. It was lovely to hear everyone singing together, and the children showed so much enthusiasm and potential. By the end of the session, the children had chosen a few more Christmas songs and carols to include in the line-up, ensuring the programme is full of festive favourites. ✨🎵

Mrs Westbrook will be preparing special choir books for next week, which will help us practise even more effectively. A special mention goes to Aazaria, who was named our first Singer of the Week for joining in with everything and showing great enthusiasm, even for songs she didn’t know. Well done, Aazaria! 🌟👏

The choir will be performing at the Christmas Fayre on 5th December, so mark the date in your diary and come along to hear their hard work pay off. It promises to be a wonderful festive event! 🎅🎁
