Super samples of Cross-Stitch have been made as part of #Nobleskillz this term, as can be see here modelled by some of P7A. Well done everybody!
P2 Science: Electricity
P2 have enjoyed exploring Electricity as a Science focus with Mrs Boyom this term. Pupils learned where electricity comes from and how we use it in daily life. We also found out about the dangers of electricity and had fun lighting up bulbs in a basic circuit. We hope you like our owls and lighthouses!

Gardening Success
During their #Nobleskillz session, P7B took part in the “Design a Pocket Garden Competition.” Their design was one of those chosen by Eco Schools Scotland to be built and exhibited at the Gardening Scotland Show. The pupils worked enthusiastically on building the components of their garden and were very inventive with recycling many items for the garden. The garden went on display at the national show from Friday 31st May to 2nd June, where it was judged against the 24 design winning schools from across Scotland. The judges were very impressed by our garden and awarded it the Best Garden for Wildlife. We were also awarded the Visitors Favourite Garden which was voted for by the public. P7B will now rebuild the garden at the rear entrance of the school for everyone to see. Well done to everyone involved and a special thankyou to Mrs Munro for all her hard work with the children.

Congratulations to all our dancers for an excellent concert and a special thank you to Jayne and Rose-Marie for all their efforts throughout the year.
