Reach for the Sky – A Spectacular Sporty Performance!

After weeks upon weeks of hard work, line learning, song singing and Mrs Morrison yapping about costume and props – we were finally able to show all the lovely mums and dads and grannies, grandads etc. the fruits of our labours!

The pupils put on, not just 1, but 2(!!!) spectacular performances yesterday at 1:30pm and 7pm! Our School Sports Day themed play had the audience in fits and giggles as we explored the dynamics of competition parents, the horrors of the lost property box and trials and tribulations that come with visits to the local swimming pool (all tongue in cheek – of course!)

We are so incredibly proud of the boys and girls of Kirkcolm Primary for the hard work they put into this! They really smashed it, particularly at the nighttime performance, and they never let us down. Thank you to all who attended and bought raffle tickets – we always make sure your pennies go on something special for the pupils.

Here is a link to the performance on Youtube for anybody who wants a second watch or who couldn’t make it on the night!
