Today I’m going to talk about photography in art on Big Thursday. As I told you last week Mr Walker has been coming in to teach us about photography. The previous two weeks the has taught us about holding, taking memory cards in and out, views, the rule of thirds and angles. Here are some of the pictures I took last week….

I am very impressed with myself. These photos have been edited by me but I had Mr Walker to help me with the third picture to get that light to look a bit warmer. I think they look AMAZING. Mr Walker was impressed too and he said that he really liked them.

Hello Today I am going to be writing to you about Operation Safety this week on Monday.

Yesterday on Monday my  p7 class went to  DG1 to do our  Operation Safety .There where lots of p7 classes that went to Operation Safety. We learned lots of strategies there. We learned about internet safety, Water safety, Power Safety, and we learned about how bad Vaping is for you and others. My favourite subject that  I learned was how to save a person when they have tripe over electric wire.

In operation safety ( which was only for the p7s) was at DG1 we arrived on a bus with miss dale and dun cow members  when  we got there we all sat in the seating area to wait for other schools. Hello today I am going to be talking about landscape painting!!😄! first here is a image ->

It is quite simple to paint landscape pictures you just need paints a few different sized brushes and a canvas or card(if you use paper the paints might rip it) also you need to mark in pencil the main points of the painting and where all the things are and then you just paint where you want to paint the different shades or colours!

Yesterday my class played Kahoot. We did different topics like forces, horses, and dogs for a warm up then we made a Kahoot games. We played 6 games 4 of them without p7’s  2 games of them were with p7’s without p7’s I won 0 games with p7’s I won one game it was the dogs round. I got on the podium 3 times the 3 that I got on were dogs, horses, and forces. My favourite ones  was the dogs round and the horses.
