so you must never play with electricity sockets or plugs or cables.

household electricity are always covered in thick insulation (plastic around the wires).

we have been learning in P3-5 about electricity we had a special visitor today called mr mcaskie and he showed us bits and bobs for testing power and told us about his life he used to drive trucks and this is a picture of a bullnose scania v8 he has been an electritian since he was 15 he wanted to be a truck driver but the minimum age was 21

hello Brody and Owen here. Today we are going to be talking about our football. On Sunday we played football matches at north west community campus. Each game was 20 mins long. We won 2 games and drew the the other one. we played against Gretna , Annan and Queen of the south girls. We won one  of them 2-1 an other one by 6-0 and 2-2. This was our line up   GK Rowan     CB Owen   CB Decan   LW Daniel   RW Harris   CM Arren   ST Brody.

On Saturday i had a football tournament. It was fun there was a team from Ireland. We won one game and drew one and lost three.  It was really fun to do, we got trophy at the end. On Monday I went to Glasgow.  We went to X site  inside X site is bowling we went bowling after that we had some food at the Chinese then we went home.

Hello I am going to blog about my weekend!!😂

Friday- On Friday my Mum left to go to Berlin in the afternoon and we had a Chinese takeaway and we got prawn crackers, battered chicken balls, beef noodles, boiled rice and chips.

Saturday- On Saturday we went to the garden centre with my dad and we got compost, tomato plants, cucumber plants and a melon plant and me and tom looked at all of the fish and at all of the birds!! After that we came back home and filled up all of our plant pots with compost and planted all of the plants. A few hours later my Granny arrived at our hous from a very long 6 hour drive and she had a lie down while we had finished planting the plants and we played video games for the rest of the day.

Sunday- On Sunday my Dad had to go to work and me, tom and my granny were planning what we could do and we thought of LOADS of things but we stuck with 3 things and they were- going to the cinema, going to Drumlanrig castle and going to my Dads work! Today we went to Drumlanrig castle adventure playground and café and we played there for AGES and we also got a ice cream I had a chocolate ice cream and tom had a mint choc chip ice cream. after that we went home and played video games!!

Monday- On Monday we went to Annan cinema to watch kung Fu panda 4 and we went there and then we watched the film and it was really good!! After that we went to my Dads work and we went to the café and I had a chocolate cake and hot chocolate and tom had a millionaire shortbread and hot chocolate too. after that we went around the distillery because he works at Annandale distillery and we walked around and it is beautiful and then we SAW my dad 😂and he was on a tour and then we drove home and did a house clean up before my Dad got home from work.!

hello I am Sam and this is a blog about the film foundation when we made a storyboard.

So at the last session was ALL ABOUT STORYBOARDS this is a story board me Sevi and a person from another school worked on, in a group together.

so a storyboard is like a comic but every square is a single shot. 

I went to Southerness on the weekend. We did lots of activities such as swimming, zorbing in the water and on land, aqua jets, hover boarding and archery combined, which was really hard. We stayed in a caravan with 3 bed rooms. I stayed in the biggest room with my Nana.

 

 

 

 

 

We had a great weekend!!!!!!!!!

hi its Jayda I am going to be talking about my day at my mums pet shop my mum started work at a pet shop 2 weeks ago it was very very fun my mum swept the floor whilst I was restoking the shelfs , helping customers , using the till , my mum was also helping me a bit with the restocking we had to look on the shelfs and write down what wasn’t there we had to go in the back and get what we needed I spent like five hours being busy it was very fun and I loved it it was called Stewart pet supplies I also gave three dash hounds treats they were all so cute.   

 

then after that my nana came and picked me up at three 😞

Hi my name is Lewis and to day I will  be talking about  the p6 school  trip to the Scottish  film foundation . In  the  Scottish film foundation in the bridge  we had four  classes and I  am going to talk about the first class. the first class was  silent movies.  In silent movies we learned about  the old celebrities ( we evening got to watch a  short clip of them ). 

second class was shots in shots we got to make shot  and  learned about the  four shots  they are called  (close up extreme close up  wide shot  establishing shot)

  . third class was Scottish films .   in Scottish films we learned  about Scottish words and Scottish movies

 .fourth class was story board  and I really like this class  we got  to learn about the how to make a story board .

hello every one and today  I will be talking about bank holiday. on Monday it was my grandpa’s birthday. for his birthday we got the bus in town to go to weather stoans  we had lunch. after lunch we got a taxi back,  got in to our pyjamas and watched a movie.
