The King Who Wanted To Touch The Moon

Long ago There lived a King who always had to have his own way.No talk, no arguing
Well one night this king looked out the window and saw the silvery moon riding high in the sky and, there and then, he wanted to reach out and touch it but even he couldn’t do that. So he thought about and thought about it. Day and night he thought about it. And at last he worked out a way of touching the moon.
This way he thought would work,”A ROCKET” he yelled. So he went to one of the villagers house and demanded for a rocket. Once he got the rocket he went to the park in a crane (Which he got as well as the rocket) The king planted the rocket Jumped in and pressed the go button. Nothing happened. He started to think again.

Now for his second idea ladders. To get the ladders he had to the castles golden garage. He had four sets of ladders two gold and two silver.Ten minutes later he had all the ladders stacked and still could not reach

Now for his third go a shrink ray and a grow ray. He stood on his balcony aimed the shrink ray and BOOM the moon fell to the floor like a piece of paper. When he caught it he grew it, felt it and decided to keep it.

But then he had nowhere to put it. Frustrated the eager man thought and thought until POP an idea popped inside his head. He would have the villagers build a big extreme garage so he could put the moon down, grow it and keep it.

Pupil Council Healthy Fruit Tasting

The pupil council held their first event last Friday – a healthy tasting session. Pupils were challenged to taste different fruits to see which they liked or disliked. We were delighted to note how enthusiastic our pupils were to try new things. The session went very well and the results will be used to inform about different choices for free fruit and for future health events.
