we are haven a gala day on Saturday any body can come

kaylan and  me are making loom bands and I really want to go on the Bouny castle aswel.

On Saturday we are having a gala day it has beat the goalie and a big bonce castle  and miss Dale will be doing a stand  and there will be burgers. The parent council are working very hard to get it organised. Come along!!

The camp over.

At holywood school we will be having a great time with marshmallows and a game of man hunt before sleeping in our tents. We are having it in September as it was going to rain in June.

we are doing a technology challenge and we have to make catapults this means that we have to make a catapults that fire at long range which is kind of hard to do so that’s a little hard when trying to make a thrower that fires at long range.

Today The playground is turning into a campsite for the Holywood camp over 2015. The camp over was supposed to be on the week of the woods but it rained so much the camp could not go on. We will toast marshmallows and play some games as well the time to go to bed will be decided by the campers it will be 10’o clock for kids. For breakfast we will all have bacon butties, cereal, hot chocolate and fruit juice.

We are having our third family camp over tonight at Holywood Primary. Parents and children camp in the playground. Today the sun is shining and so it should be dry for getting your tent up.

Today we started a new science topic we are currently studying: force, light and sound it is very interesting to find out about these things because you can learn allot from one topic.

Force: there are many types of force including: G force, balanced force and unbalanced force. 

Light: Animals can see allot more light than humans can so even the darkest of light could hurt an animals eyes.

sound: did you know wind doesn’t make a sound until it hits an object?

Fact of the day: did you know that most cows are more likely to produce milk if they listen to music

Britain has agreed to the E.U to take thousands more refugees from refugee camps all over the world  a refugee

 

camp is a shelter for people who have lost their homes due to war/violence in their country. this because of

 

criticism that Britain is not doing enough to resolve this problem

 

now onto music:Taylor swift has won 4 awards this week despite some criticism for her latest music video the complaints where made due to the video it was set in Africa and people complained there wasn’t  enough black people in the music video Taylor has not yet replied.

     

now onto sport:Wales F.C are only one away from qualifying for Euro 2015 football tournament. 

And the world bog snorkelling championships are now under way  leading the championship is Adelbert Von vocalic of Germany
