Holywood Hullabaloo

Week in the woods is a once a year thing all of the days where fun but Friday stood out the most. It was fun because I was in a tree when we where there and I was called the bear sloth and Mr walker was writing about me. I was always throwing bits of wood at him and he said I was cutting a very thin line Mr walker said. it was very fun without the p7 and very quit. That meant that the p6 where the p7 the actual p7 where at high school for 3 days it was the best 3 days. I played with Sonny , Euan and Paul.

On Saturday the 23 of June I did a gymnastics competition at Dumfries ice bowl. I was doing the competition with Ethan and Tom. I was very nervous Ethan was nervous to tom was not that nervous. We were on vault first we got two practises then it was the real thing my first practises was so funny I went to fast and the spring board was to close to the vault I face panted it hurt a bit I could not feel my nose for half the competition. After the vault it was floor routes I did good at the end when all the scores were counted I got second with Tom and Ethan got first he bet us by a decimal.  by Paul

High school last Wednesday to Friday. High was the best it was so big there were 900 people at high school my house is cairn. I have Maths first thing  it ok I guess. The best is P.E. French class is okay. I really  hope I have a lot of thins

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we were getting our induction days at wallace hall. P.E. is my favourite subject it was fun that day but I was not their on Friday I made a good first impression

On Wednesday we went to high school it was better than school we got to meet new teachers the teacher that I like was Mr Pape he was a funny and let us watch the world cup and ate are lunch in his room I did not like the history teacher he was the strictest teacher the lunch was good way better than primary my house is scar I have maths English PE history home economics

at wales hall we were doing full days they were fun we done pe a lot and English we done drama maths French and since my house is scar I have Dylan Ryan Looca. it is a big step up.

on Wednesday, thursday and Friday we were getting our induction days at Wallace hall academy . it is really big and busier than Holywood . all the classes are really good and we get a long lunch . My favourite subject so far is science . we used Bunsen burners and boiled water and the we took the temputure over 12 minutes . I did not like history as it was boring and I didn’t really like the teacher . the days are really long and break is quite short . we got to do activities at lunch time and you could watch the world cup in a teachers class room it is very different to holywood.

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday p7 were at Wallace hall academy. On Wednesday I was the only one on the bus from Holywood. In the morning we had to wait in the hall to get put in our houses and get our time tables I am in scar and the houses are Nith Scar and Cairn if you have a brother or sister in that house you will be in that house . On Thursday morning I had Maths first then English and then break after break I had history and drama then lunch then after lunch I had D&T and ICT. Then on Friday I skived because I had the hospital.

On sports day. Two firsts  then I had two seconds and one third and then on the flat race I had 2nd and then 2nd and then 1st and then 3rd and then on the long run I got 4th and on the egg spoon.  I like the sack race and in the p1 sprint Jack Wild came first in the middle Jack’s shoes  came right off and then I came first on the sack race I came 1st and then I had to do another race and I was passing every body like Ussian  Bolt  and I went like a speeding bullet .

Today we had sports day and there was loads  of races. Dakotas favorite race was the skipping race and mine was the same its really fun to do and the sack race I did not do Dakota said I don’t like sack races but she had to do it.

there was a little mix up with the sacks there was not enough for the random race.

my dad and my sister was watching Dakotas mum and dad were watching her the races were quit long for the classes.

I also liked the long distance run and so did  Dakota.
