Holywood Hullabaloo

Hi all esmae here. I have been doing my math, spelling and reading on sumdog. It has been a nice day today. I have been helping my nana plant some flowers in garden. We planted pansys and marigold 

Today, I had my maths a bit hard but i got it in the end. I am doing number sequences and number partitions. I did more writing than for reading. I had an archaeology lesson. I chose an object and pretended i was an archaeologist from the future. I chose purple, spotty pants! I discovered lots of things about my pants. They were stitched together, different materials used – elastic, cloth, thread. I know who made them and where. I found out the size. Lots of things to discover just by looking at them and pretending I had never seen them before. I had a nature class. I drew the flowers i found on my nature trail yesterday. I labelled the flowers with all there different parts. Daisy daffodil dandelion ivy and buttercup. i have nearly filled my exercise book! Bye, see you tomorrow. Love Tanith x

Today I watched Steve Backshall on his live nature show its a bit pixelated but it was really good. One thing I leant was sperm wales sleep up right in the water!you should go and check it out on youtube.

Today I also walked my dog and did some SumDog. I haven’t had very eventful day yet see ya.

Hi everyone. Today I have been working on English so far. I had to write an article about the Coronavirus. It was sooooo boring. I also had to read an article about the Coronavirus in prisons. Now I’m going to do my world war 2 project. Last night I downloaded a Spanish app. Its extremely fun. I made a book  that had all the words I learn or learning. Hi its Sarah!!! On mondayy we did maths and spelling but we did touch typing game so we can type faster (google dance mat typing if you want to try it too).

We did art ,cooking and uno in spainish. We learnd about Salvadior Dali and to day we are going to make a rocket stove we are gowng to make a 3d salvadior dali pictuer with melted clocks.

1. Go onto Google- I did this on my phone
2. Type in the name of an animal
3. Scroll down to where it says ” view in 3D ” and click on it
4. Now click ” view in your space “
5. Follow the instructions your phone gives you, you may have to click allow access to camera
6. Move your phone around a bit and wait for an animal to appear in your room!!

This morning I have had a penguin and a tiger in my living room already!!

Hello everybody! Its Cleo back with another blog! I hope you are all doing well on this fine Tuesday. I HAVE SOME BIG PET NEWS! Mummy’s mantises came today! It all started when i woke up and got on my PC to watch youtube or entertain myself and i suddenly saw Mummy come in with a big boxes which said ” FRAGILE! “I started screeching ” IS IT THE MANTIS IS IT IS IT? ” Then when Mummy opened it she saw not one but TWO MANTISES! I was shocked like WHAT?! She only ordered one but they gave us two because they were to kind. We got a bigger one and a smaller one. The breed of the smaller one was the Chinese mantis and the bigger one was the Malaysian blue mantis. Iv’e got to say the Malaysian blue mantis is very SPEEDY and mantises are suppose to be quite calm. The Chinese mantis was shy and calm but still attacked quite vicious. Before we put them in there little places for the morning of school we spent a few minutes looking for twigs to puts in the mantises containers so they had things to at least climb on. When I started playing sumdog whenever Mummy went downstairs for something I would just stare at the mantises and when i was staring the went upside down and the smaller one just sad there but thew bigger one walked around in circles! When it got to lunch i helped Mummy transfer the mantises into there new little houses and all the would do is just stare at you! It was sooo cute! Then later on Mummy let me hold them and the bigger one just SPED across my hand like it was the flash! The bigger one would also look at Mummy’s phone when she tried taking pictures. It would also try to grab it! The smaller one was a bit more shy and calm whilst the bigger one tried beating my thumb up! That’s all there really is about the mantises today! Also today was my Daddies birthday! We had a great day today and i hope you all did to! I will put picture of them up tomorrow that we took today!
