Hi everyone,

Yesterday I went on a really long walk! We went to Ae forest and I found lots of bugs. A snail, a bee, a spider, butterflies and a beetle. Did u know a Caterpillar has 16 legs! I threw big rocks into the river and made a fairy garden near the river too. We also put rocks on top of each other so see how high we could make it.

Today I have done my maths work, topic work on what a human would need in the desert and I made a little book called ‘Bugs in my garden’.  We found a bumble bee on a flower. He was getting nectar from the flower. I read the story ‘The toy box’ then we had some lunch. Now I’m going to play in the garden.

Look at my tadpole. Bobby has legs now. 🤗

Later on I’m going to facetime my friend Cassie.

The main character is Ethel Letherhead and her mum has died and she lives in a house with her granny. Ethel has acne skin problems and they have being trying to get is to go away for ages. One day Ethel goes to pop into the skin tanning place and the lady says she’s going to throw away an old tanning bed that still works so Ethel and her friend Elliot Boyd take it down to her house because the lady let them have it for free but Ethel’s gran would probably not let her keep it so she kept it secret, also Ethel has found a new thing she could try to stop her acne. It’s called Dr. Chang his skin so clear. And on the packet it’s all Chinese accept from a label that says DO NOT OVER DOSE. She however ignored that and took loads. its tasted HORRIBLE. She then went on the sun bed but fell asleep! This seemed to…MAKE HER INVISIBLE! That was just the start of her adventures!

I really liked this book because it’s sort of an adventure that you don’t know what will happen next, really!

Hi everybody today. I did some division and multiplication work. I got a couple wrong because I didn’t know I should carry the big or wee number in my multiplication sums. Mrs Dale dropped me off some stuff too. Thank you I have lots of paper and paints. I want to paint a kingfisher with my new paints.  I got a speeling test and got 15 out 15. Did some sentences with words from my spelling words ams handwriting too.

I know that some of you wrote some tongue twisters a while ago.  Miss Dale inspired me to write this one after my whistle whittling post on here.

I think you could write a better one than this – give it a go and post it on the blog – I’d enjoy reading them.

Today I worked on my daily spellings and maths. I am looking at largest numbers in a trio and also the smallest numbers. Mark helped me today with the ones I got wrong as I keep forgetting to read the question properly. Mummy helped me with my reading book which this week is Whizz Bang Winnie. I am finding it hard to read on my own as some of the words are really hard so I am reading a page to mummy then she reads the next one to me. Her reading is also helping me read out loud and how to say the words properly. I later on read a book on Epic about bears then watch a video about making a volcano. I have already asked mummy if I can have a lesson about how the earth was made and she has put it into this weeks lessons. I also did some handwriting practice. My last lesson was looking at animal groups to see if I could remember the work I did on this last week. I did quite well but had to research newts as I wasnt sure which group they belonged to. I now know they are in the amphibian group. After lessons I went out to feed my sparrows and rooks in the garden then did a singing, dancing and joke show for our old neighbour. He really laughed at my jokes and really enjoyed my song and dance routine. I was out of my breath by the time I had finished my show. Mummy made us ham and eggs for tea followed by jelly, yum yum.
