Holywood Hullabaloo

Today we did our wake up shake up by going a nice long walk/run.  Zara and I took some chalk and wrote on the road.

When we were a walk we saw all this white stuff all over the grass, it was like paper, the ground is usually quite marshy and it’s now very dry.

Then we saw a really tall tree!

When we came back I did my maths sums and read Old MacDonald, I’m reading the same little story each day to get a little quicker at my reading.

 

Yay!! Some of our P5-7 pupils have been sharing some of the maths work that they have been doing this week – thank you Charlie and Bruce, great work! It would be fab to see some more of you sharing the maths you’ve been doing at home, I am missing working with you all on it.

So yesterday we went on a walk to a beautiful garden it had water falls and flowers and a masive place i could run around in.it was backed so we couldnt go really close to over people and we have to wait until there gone so we can go there🌺🥺. Im also been watching netflix shows like little lunches and miraculous.  Im going to do bbc bite size today again😍.ive also been phoning molly because why not💖. My lettuce grew REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY big and we keep eating it🥬🥗my mum likes to make it into a salad for dinner sometimes and ofcourse me and georgia dont eat it because were a wee bit picky😆. Im thinking of sowing a stuffed animal of my miraculous characters super hero friend that georgia drew for me💝. My mum got a laptop so she can work for her boss📝💻.  Also my mum has been gardening and sometimes i help🐞🐛🥀. After covid 19 is over im excited to get take aways and greggs sausage rolls. On tik toc i watch mh favourite yout tuber leah ashe and also on you tube i watch her.  Hope youre all safe🥺🥳💕

Hi everyone

Guess what yesterday May the 4th (fittingly star wars day)

was my birthday! I turned 11 it was really good but it could have been improved by my friends and family being there but I still I got to talk to them on Skype we did it on facebook so we did the funny faces filters. I got lots of great presents my main present was a GoPro camera witch can go under water speed up every thing or slow it down or you can just use it as a normal camera cool right! I took a speeded up video of me and my dad walking my dog – but I can’t get it to upload on here as it is too large. I had a really good birthday one of the best birthdays EVER!!!

Clara is my pet, we got her yesterday.  She is a beltie.  She is 4 months old.  l brushed her yesterday and she is very friendly.

Well good morning Holywood.

This is Mr Walker just calling by to say hello and also how impressed I am by all the great work going on whilst you’re not able to go to school.

I also thought that some of you might like to see what I come across from time to time when I’m out walking my dog.  It’s a common lizard and it likes to sit on the wall near my house and get warm in the sunshine.  If you look closely you can see its eyes are shut.  It really is like a mini dinosaur.

Morning everybody, today I am spending the day with my dad as my mum has been working nightshift in the nursing home and back in again tonight. We have planned a day doing some fun things, we plan to go a walk around Terregles to see all the animals in the fields. There are lots of baby lambs in the fields around our house the now, they are very cute. Then we are going to play monopoly to practice my maths. I am then going to write my birthday list for mum and dad as its only 14 sleeps until I am 7!! Writing my list will help with my writing. I am also going to try get earn more certificates for this week on sumdog and epic as I really enjoy these. Here are a couple of certificates I have already earned. Have a lovely day everybody.
