Holywood Hullabaloo

Hello everyone

Today I have been so hot! I had to go inside after lunch and cool down for abit.  I have got my swimsuit on today ready for the pool.  I did some maths straight after my breakfast, hard takeaway sums and did my reading too. Mum said if I got some work done then when we finished we could get the paddling pool out.

I have started my biscuit tower and will take a photo when it’s finished. I am going to chose my favourite biscuit which is a twix to put on top of it!

Hope everyone is enjoying the lovely sunshine.

Today is a lovely sunny day so I have been painting outside, I painted a tractor on a canvas, I mixed some colours together to see what they made.   Yellow and red made orange 🍊

I did some maths and clock work this morning and wrote down a few new words.

This afternoon we are going a walk as I want to spot lots of tractors.

Wondering if anybody knows what this flower is called, it has appeared in my aunties garden without being planted and we thought it was a weed to start with.  It is very nice and doesn’t look like a weed now!

We are offering our P7 pupils leavers hoodies which will say                             TEAM HOLYWOOD 2020 on the back. So that they will look amazing when they come back for camping and cake!

Hi all,

Today I have been trying to do Miss Dale’s challenge of making an alliteration alphabet of animals. I sketched some of the ones I am going to use and I am going to make the final copy tomorrow. My mummy will make me a little mini book to fill with my animals. I’m sorry this a short blog.

Hi all, Caspian is back,

Today I have been creating new cranimals and sketching them in preparation for my Cranimal Beastiary. A beastiary is a compendium of animals and facts but there are loads of those so I am doing one for my own creation – THE CRANIMALS. They are hybrids consisting of two animals. I am doing this beacsue Miss Dale gave Tanith an A-Z alliteration challenge and I though I would do something similar for the new P1 children. I would also like to mention cranimals can consist of different mythical animals as well as normal animals.

I have a challenge for you!! If you could create your own cranimal and blog it, it could be featured in my Beastiary.
