P.E. with Joe

Hi everybody!!!

This morning I done some PE with Joe on YouTube. On that episode I had a one minute challenge of squats, burpees and press ups. On the one minute challenge my score was 50 squats! I had fun doing it BUT Joe tired me out.  Now I have Jelly legs.

 

 

 

 

Sports kit – Team Shapes

 

Today I designed my sports kit, I called it team shapes and I used coloured card and paper.  I cut out shapes to stick on.  For the badge I used white paper, I drew shapes on it and coloured them in.

Healthy snacks

Speedy hummus

300g chick peas

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp tahini

1 )Mixi food processor

2)Chop up parsley and stir it in

 

Jumping salsa

4 tomatoes

1 spring onion

Mint leaves

Wash mint leaves

1 )Chop ingredients

2)Mix in a bowl

3)Add salt and a drizzle of oil

Enjoy veg sticks oatcakes and tasty bread yum yum

 

Sports week

Hi everyone

For sports week so far I have made my stop motion movie about the race I used lego for my one, I think you will like it it’s got Harry Potter, Luke Skywalker and Ironman in it! Next for sports week I am going to commentate an every day event.

News flash!!!! – The tadpoles have legs! I will tell you more about it in my next post, I’ll try and get some pictures too.

My family long jump



Good morning, I had to wait on my dad finishing work yesterday before I could finish my long jump table! He won!

 

 

 

Sports Week Day 1

Today I designed my own tshirt and shorts for sports day. I thought about a rainbow and thought of the NHS too. I decided to paint them instead of felt tips. I made up an opening ceremony dance but cant see the video on here. Might need your help again Miss                 Brochie-Donald to find it 🥴 my mum tapped on the drum for a beat for me.

My Exercise

Tonight I did a body attack with my sisters Cameron and Charlotte. It was a Le Mills one. It lasted forty five minutes. We also did a time lapse on my phone. We all looked coordinated which was cool. We went outside quite a bit while we were doing our workout. It was really hard. That wraps up today’s blog bye. Take care. By Orla.

Hi everybody. Today I went a walk in the sunshine with my mum, nana and Lily🐕. We went to the old Mill. I made a mud castle and caught some tiny fish but I put them back. We were throwing rocks and sticks for Lily to find in the water. When we got back I made my team sport kit and a flag. Tomorrow I will do the get dressed challenge.
