peach and apricot smoothie for sports day
On Wednesday I made a smoothie. Here is the recipe. +
Ingredients: Tools:
two tins of peaches in juice blender
one tin of apricots in juice tin opener Sign for my easy recipes+
Sign for my medium recipes ++
Sign for my hard recipes +++
Method:
- open the tins. pour one or two into the blender, with the juice. Blend the contents of the tins up. Do this with all the tins. Make sure there is no big lumps.
- pour into cups. You can add ice-cream, ice cubes or something else you and your family like.
- Sit down and enjoy!

And i’ve got at least five froglets, two with no tail. One has got a very short tail. Another has it’s tail a bit bigger, and the last has a long tail. Dad made a ramp up the fish tank into a frog-yard I made for them. They have a smaller ramp in and out the frog-yard. I have seen them climb partway up the ramp, but none have gone into the frog-yard yet. The frog that went furthest up the ramp was one of the tail-less froglets, and at the time it was gently raining. Cats on rooftops two is coming out soon.

Leland has done some sports this week but not on the blog. He has walked 10 miles over 4 days .
Helped carry heavy shopping bags into the house.
Also been running in garden with his little brother and helped bring in washing from the washing line .

Esmae’s Throw in the basket challenge
Hi everybody. Today I did the throw in the basket challenge. I used my LOL dolls. I could only find 9 of them. I got 5/9 in the basket. Here’s my video

Sports week
Hi everyone
For the healthy snack challenge we made a healthy smoothie bowl I have put the list below. You can use any fruit you like we used
1 cup of mixed frozen fruit
1 kiwi
greek yogurt
A handfull of mixed seeds
pineapple juice
start by blending the frozen fruit yogurt and pineapple juice together
pour into bowl and slice the kiwi to put on top then add the seeds for an extra healthy smoothie.
I am going to film my washing challenge just now I will put the vidoe up soon from Airen.
What I did yesterday

Today I am going to do a post about yesterday because so here goes. Yesterday I did my own sports event, my one was the great carrot eating race were you have to eat a carrot stick the fastest. The best bit about it was my dog beans could join in because she loves carrot its her favourite treat I’ll say no more don’t want to spoil the video.

Next I made a healthy smoothy for sports day it was lovely, the ingredients are 5 strawberries, 10 raspberry’s, 1 banana, malt extract (because it had vitamin b in it which helps you recover after exercise), 600ml of milk and finally agave syrup (I know what your thinking this supposed a healthy snack but agave syrup has show working sugar which is better for the body).
What I also did was long jumping I forgot to take a video but here is the table I drew up for it.
