Hello guys today I’m going to talk about our recipe books.
We make food at Wednesdays and then add them to our recipe book. We make stuff like nachos pasta soup and jam tarts.
Here is how to make jam tarts
All you need Is jam, pastry, flour, pastry cutter. a tray with holes, and a rolling pin.
Step 1 roll the pastry.
Step 2 add flour to the pastry.
Step 3 use the cutter on the dough and put them In the holes.
Step 4 use the remaining cut dough and put them on top of the pastry.
Step 5 lift the lids add the jam then put the lid back
Step 6 put the tray in the oven and cook It
Once done enjoy.

In literacy we have been doing verbs, adverbs, adjectives and nouns
a verb is a doing word
a adverb is a word that describes a doing word
a adjective is a word that describes a noun
and a noun is a thing like a pencil but a pronoun is like a place or a person or a day of the week for example Penelope, Holywood, Monday and they always have a capital letter at the start.
We have also been doing instructional writing so we have been using bossy words and time connectives like, put, mix, take, penultimately, firstly, after that and lastly.Â

Journey Of Food P6/7 Class Posters
Hello it is Nia telling you about p6/7s journey of food posters.
For the past compel of weeks p6/7 have been learning about a particular food and researching the journey of the particular food .For example how a pineapple gets to South America all the way to us in the UK .We got split into pears and chose a food that dose not grow in are contrary. Me and my partner did the journey of a pineapple.We explained how a pineapple grows and how it is treated in South America. Then, we showed how it gets washed until its good to eat.And lastly ,we said how it is transported to us in the UK.

hi it’s the pupil council and we done a assembly last Friday and we want to talk you through it so on it we had a slide about an anti bullying club called the anti boo club. And I have some pictures of the assembly.
Badminton after school yesterday
Yesterday after school I went to the badminton club we where practising hitting it back and the running so the next person hits it we ran around the whole hall after hitting it if we hit it too far or don’t hit it we have to run twice.
After we did that we had some matches they where 3v3 the team sometimes changed we also changed who served every time we played first to 15 but most of the time it was first to 11.
