We looked at rice on a drum. it did big vibrations wen I hit it hard.
Me and James made an amplifier. It made Miss Stapleton’s phone a bit louder.

Happy Thursday Everyone!
Big Thursday tasks are now in the class learning pages.
Hope you all have a fun day and remember to tell us all about it on the blog!
Hi, Caspian here!
Today I have done some maths and I also did some spelling. I did some work on pronouns, and although it is very very hard, me and mum have been working on who owns the fish; we still don’t know! I had half an hour with Mr Laidlaw when I worked on x tables and some more algebra. I am also inviting candidates to apply for the job!
Today’s picture is of my handsome grey cat even though he wouldn’t show up on our class call today. Never mind, I’m annoyed but I still LOVE him.
Greetings! (I’m talking opposite)
Hi Today I have been doing some spelling, and the fairy tale times – Family of bears find young burglar asleep aka Goldilocks in a different type of way then I did a report and you will see the picture and writing I did. I played hang the ghost and noughts and crosses with my mama. I did some maths and phonics work on au. I circled the au on all of the words after I wrote them out. I also did some sentences that mama read out aloud to me. I worked on my 2x and 5x tables aswell even though it wasn’t in my book for today.
My happy picture today is of my really cute 14 year old black kitty girl. I adore her and she is called Nessaphina Honeysuckle. She always asks for some of our tea if we are having tuna as she really likes it.
Goodbye see you next time xxx
Hi everyone
Today I was working with money. I used real money and then we went to the shop and mum was asking me all the prices of the toys so I was practising to read them.
I was doing handwriting and writing sentences using words I know.
We read some books on Epic then I played some games on BBC bitesize.
Tonight we are going to play Bingo with words that I know and find tricky to read.
Here is my happy photo. This was my 12th birthday. Mum and Dad surprised me with all the balloons.
Bye
Lots of maths and literacy done in the hub today. Special mentions to …
…Carlay, who worked hard on her number order and checked that her numbers were the right way round.
…James, who worked very hard on his addition.
…Olivia, who coached a younger child to upload a photo onto the blog.
…Olly, who tried something he thought was a challenge, persevered and was SUCCESSFUL!
…Brooke, who drew and labelled a traditional Inuit parka and compared it to modern clothing that would be worn in the Arctic.
…Daniel, who independently completed the Venn diagram task for The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.
More clay polar bears have been begun and some have been painted and finished.
Some children have been using their typography skills to make lettering for our Arctic display.
Lovely to see some P4s and P5s (and their pets) on the Teams meet up, today!
