Holywood Hullabaloo

On Friday it was Halloween day and we needed to dress up in our Halloween costumes we got a picture of our ages to the bottom to the top here is a picture

we did a lot of stuff on Halloween day. First we needed to make Halloween hats out of card, tinfoil and more and you needed to match the theme of your hat with a partner or a three. It was fun and i made a cat hat but didn’t have a lot of time left.

Then after break we did spooky stories and you needed to be with a small one to read them a spooky book, but then after we needed to make our spooky books mine was about a Grim reaper and a angel but i wont explain it.

Then after lunch we went to, two giant groups half of the school their was a Halloween disco I did that first and it was fun I won  the  corner and lost the rest

 

Hello, i’m back again. And i’m here to talk about Halloween day! There was soooo many costumes but they were all AMAZING! We started the day by looking at every ones costumes and deciding who’s was the best. Then we started to make spooky hats, so you would make a group and then all the spooky hats would have to match. Next we read a spooky story, then everyone made spooky wee book. Next we had a disco and played some games.

That was basically all that we did! But it was fun.

with miss dale we have been doing teacher description. we start by picking a teacher out the box of wisdom. after we write 4 sentences using noun, pronoun,  pronoun, noun. after we use our conjunction words to write after the sentences. then we get our purple books and publish them.

we have also been doing autumn trees. we start by mixing as many colours as we want only using our finger and the primary colours. after we let the colours dry. then we mix a brown.

Last Friday was Halloween day it was really fun. We had a praid and everyone had cool costumes. Me and Alexa where both cats we made spooky wee books and red spooky stories. I really liked making the wee books it was extremely fun. some of us got prizes for costumes but everybody’s costumes where good. We had a disco and did trick or treating and i got sweets and a pie face. the  pictures are in order of p1 to p7 and the last one is the staff.it was really fun ;D 

Thank to to Mrs Maclean (my mother in law) for knitting over 100 poppies to raise funds for Poppy Scotland.

We have passed a bag of poppies each to Kelloholm and Lincluden Primary schools. These schools have very kindly offered to sell the poppies and donate the money to charity.

As you know the money raised supports veterans of the military and families of the military. We know the money will be put to good use.

 

Thank you everyone who has purchased a poppy for a pound and helped to support Poppy Scotland.

We will be donating £83 – a brilliant amount!

Today we were doing math and we were doing algebra we done a thing on the board, It was just algebra but harder. I found it really easy we had to pick from green orange or red I done red and orange it was really easy and fun! It was just algebra but different. It was like 2x+5p+x+1 and we would figure it out and it looks really hard but to me it was really easy. I finished before lunch and if you finished before lunch you got 50 coins on sum dog! I was going to but we only had about 5 minuets left and i was the only person that had finished

Hi. Caspian here. Last night I made a cheesecake, as you can probably guess from the title. I made it with these ingredients:

100g melted butter

250g bashed up digestives

600g soft cheese

264ml double cream

1tsp vanilla essence

and 100g icing sugar.

Anyway…IT WAS DELICIOUS! (But rich).

Today I got a Halloween Trail it was so fun!  I hope everyone else has a fun  Halloween . ^_~     

I got really yummy treats and sweets but so far I have only had some and they are delicious. 😀   

How is everyone’s Halloween I mean people do say “Happy Halloween” so maybe Happy?

I can’t wait to come back tomorrow for school because I want to see all my friend’s and do math.

Hi everyone

I hope everyone is having fun today because I am and I can’t wait till Halloween!

yesterday my Mummy gave me  a limited   Edison Sylvanian Halloween family and there were three Adorable toddlers dressed in a Ghost, Pumpkin and a like a bat with in the night sky I think. 🙄

Hopefully my Mummy has more Sylvanian Family things for me maybe not which is fine though. ^_~
