Last week we went to Caerlaverock Castle. We explored the castle, pretended to attack it, drew pictures, tried on clothes and handled artefacts.

Riley says “we went in the castle and we saw a big cooking space and a kitchen where they made the bread”

Arlo says “when I was inside I saw a space for the fire”

Chester liked looking at the portcullis and playing at the park.

Lilly liked seeing the dungeon!

Jack liked going up the spiral staircase but Theo didn’t!

Nola says “It was cool walking round and seeing the moat”.

Kobi liked seeing a real drawbridge.

P1/2 had lots of fun on our trip!

P1 have been making repeating patterns

using sticks stones  and shells. by Grace

p1 playd with Mrs Madden today. They played the feely bag game, guessing the number.

Hello everyone I am going to talk about the p1’s.

the p1’s have writing and using  paper sheets to practise the letters.  

Arlo and Theo are playing a game of who has the biggest amount on there dominos to find out who wins.                                                                                         This  group  danced  the  gingerbread story.

In p1 maths they where playing a dominos the game was you pick a domino up and see who has the bigger number. If you get the bigger number you get a point.
