Big Thursday 2nd April

We’ve put together a Big Thursday schedule which you might choose to use today.

Okay, just to clarify, I like alliterations. The adjective is alliteration, NOT an adjective about my day! Today is was odd, this morning was maths, spelling and reading, but in the afternoon, nature and Spanish, I felt a bit off. I think it was because Tanith kept poking me in my leg with her pencil. 😡 In nature, we were researching garden birds with the link Miss Brockie-Donald gave us. In Spanish, we counted up to 20, drew the Spanish flag and researched the  flamenco – you will not find me in one of those frilly dresses!! 💃

Nessaphina is my black cat and she is 13 today.

Today I learnt some more Spanish culture and my maths, it was hard but mummy helped me. I drawed some birds and gave facts about them. I also did my spelling. Bye, see you soon. Tanith xn

I have made a friend

Wear suitable gloves and pick some stinging nettles and put them into a bucket.

 

 

 

 

Place a rock on top of the nettles so that the nettles don,t float when you add water.

 

 

 

 

Cover the nettles with water.

 

 

 

 

Place a lid on top (I used plant pot tray) and weigh it down with another rock.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Place the bucket outside your green house and leave to ferment (do not put it inside as it will smell awful after a couple of weeks. Once it is nice and smelly, you can add some of the liquid to your watering can when you water your plants (do not use it on indoor plants because it smells too much).  Mrs. Madden.

Hi everyone, today my mum is helping me to write my blog. This morning my mum set me a maths challenge I have posted some pictures. I have also been  looking after my plant that we planted on the last day of school. it has been growing fast. we also had a little visitor it was a pheasant in our garden. We even managed to sneak some pics of him.

I then played sum dog for the first time, i liked blowing up the castle!
