The last 2 days I’ve been doing mostly maths, I’m finding the difference between numbers a little tricky so I’ve been doing more on that but I’m getting the hang of it a little more now.
I have also been doing more practice in halving numbers, that has been a bit tricky too.

Hello
Thank you Tanith and Caspian for making litter posters. When I was out collecting rubbish with my litter picker ( for the second time) i noticed more litter again. I felt sad and a bit angry. So I thought it would be a good to ask my friends to make posters to put in the local boards.
The skittle experiment
I did the experiment following the instructions this was the result
After reading about how the sugar trying to mix with the water with no sugar I wondered what would happen with sugary water.
This is the result, it took longer for the colour to come out
Then I enjoyed eating the spare skittles
Happy Big Thursday!
New Big Thursday learning grid on class pages.
Have a great day!!
We have a water fall!
In my garden at my mums house we bought a pump to make it be a water fall. It was already supposed to be a water fall but we hadn’t got round to do it. It looks really nice. It makes a lovely sound as well. I’ll put photos up tomorrow because I don’t have any right now and it’s dark outside. The water fall leads to our cleaner pond. We have got a dirty one and a clean one. We now that because when our dog goes in the pond he’ll home out dirty or clean. He mostly goes in the clean one thankfully. Hope you enjoyed my blog bye. Math Horde
Hi all Caspian is back.
Today I had a lot, and I mean a lot of brilliant maths. I got through it very well. It seems I am getting better at fractions and percentages.
My other lesson was to find out 15 facts about seahorses.
They are:
Their Latin name is hippocampus.
The males are the ones who get pregnant.
They mate for life.
They can eat up to 3000 plankton.
They die of exhaustion easily.
See ya tomorrow!!!
Happy Seahorses ❤
Hi everyone,
I didn’t write a blog yesterday because I struggled with my maths so was a bit cross. Mummy has helped lots and lots today so I did very well and understood better.
I have researched a lot about seahorses. These are my facts from my book and programme. Mummy and Caspian helped me too.
Seahorses are masters of camouflage.
A seahorses has no teeth and a primitive stomach.
They make a clucking sound when eating.
A seahorse’s eyes move independently.
A seahorses headdress is called a coroner. They are like fingerprints, they are all different.
Seahorses are terrible swimmers.
Seahorses have no scales.
The male carries the babies.
The female nods because she is in charge.
I love seahorses ❤
I also helped make lemon and sultana scones after I drew a seahorses for you.
Byee, see you soon. xx
