World Book Day was on Thursday 6th of March 2025

Our Event group planned a day for WBD

We had so much fun in Outdoor Learning, we did a bear hunt in the woods for Miller’s toy bear. We had to go through branches, through rivers, over bridges . Our teacher was Mrs Somerville.

In art we did  a big wall display for Paper dolls and The Hungry Caterpillar book and  it was fun the teacher was Mrs Murray.

In computer science we did   stop motion drawing characters from your book  or scratch it was soooo fun  and the teacher was Mrs Mc nay

In P.E we played a new game called quidditch from Harry potter and it was fun so we want to play it again. by ruby,carlay,libby and tyla mea

Hi everyone, hope you are all well!

After spending Christmas and New Year in Sydney, I flew over to Perth (Western Australia). I have been doing a lot of exploring and activities whilst here so far. These include climbing and zip lining from the Matagarup bridge, cycling around Rottenest Island, attending an Aboriginal cultural experience and visiting many beautiful beaches.

I originally worked in a childcare setting for the school holidays. Since the start of February, I have been working in a Secondary school teaching maths as well as relief (supply) across all subjects. For the rest of the term I will also be taking two year 7 digital technology classes too. I have been on year 7 camp in swan valley for a few days doing different activities – similar to your residential.

Once the term is over, I will be continuing my travels. I’m visiting New Zealand in May and hoping to visit all 5 states and 2 territories before my trip ends. I have already visited 3 states so far.

Hi today I’m going to talk about writing, in writing we have five targets which are extended sentences, two short sentences, one question, sentence sandwich and minimum 6 sentences.

Hi I am going to talk about math’s. Yesterday in math’s we done math’s assessments. In math’s assessments, I got 25/29 86%. It was really hard it took me 15 to 20 minutes. I am on at level tow, that is the highest math assessment. We have to get over 75% in our math’s assessments.   

Hi Owen here today I am going to talk about my football training. Yesterday at my football training first we did a fun game where there is a ball, cone, bib on a big cone. Then your couch shouts two of the objects and then who ever is at the front of the line runs and swaps the two things that where shouted. After you have swapped the two objects you run to the end of the pitch and run back. After that game we did a passing drill and every five minutes they put an other ball in until we cant take any more. That is all from me.
