Last week p5,p6 and  p7 went on our yearly residential.

My favourite activity:

The zip line was my favourite activity simply because I felt like I was flying. first everyone lines up behind a harness then you put it on and the instructor tightens it. After that you get your lanyard (the bit that actually goes on the line) Then you make your way up the hill.

Next 2 by 2 you get clipped on to the line and jump of the platform!

We got two shots first time me and Claudia went together and lost our voices from screaming “MEOW” On my second shot I went with Libby and I did no hands.

Most challenging: the most challenging activity was the stream walk for one reason it was cold and because we had to go over and under obstacles.

A stream walk is a walk  were you walk trough a stream.

We also had plastic ducks we had to protect from the hunters.

We went through tunnels over rocks and under sticks.

The one I would do again is raft building it was so funny. raft building is were you get into a group and make  a raft for your group to  go in the water on when.

We played a few games on our rafts. And did a few challenges.

Eventually  my groups raft fell apart in the water but was still a funny experience.

 

Hello, last week I did a blog on what we did last time we went to Wallace hall and now I will do one one what we did this time.

First… We did English we did not do much we drew things telling people about us like our hobbies, favourite food and school.

Next…we did D.T. with Mr Corrigan, we made hedgehog pencil holders it was so fun.

After that… we did maths and we played a game called countdown and the teacher let us write on the table (with wight bored pen it comes of ) And then we played a game called bloock it on our phones it is basically kahoot   but maths.

 

Hello Grace here , tomorrow the p7s are going to high school! 7/9 p7s are going to Wallace hall  academy and 2 are going to St joseph’s collage ( Its a high school I promise)

I am going to Wallace hall academy. last time we did a social enter prize the teacher we had was Mr McKenna  he is very funny.

This time we are getting a taster of some of are classes like P.E. anyway next week  will hopefully do another blog on this subject. BYE : )

On Thursday we got a new teacher for P.E her name is Mrs sharp.

Libby  learned her 4 times table.

Grace learned all of spelling list 18 and moved up to 19.

 

At the weekend I learned lots about pathology witch is  a science about cells and diseases. I did a quiz on it for real paramedics and scored 8 out of 10! I WAS SOOO HAPPY! I got lots of paramedic Gide lines from my uncle who is a paramedic and has been for over 40 years. I also went on a massive walk and my legs fell of. Thanks for reading BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELLO Olly grass here  we miss you I am going to tell you about what we are doing on Friday with miss Mcaskie  our topic is layers of the earth. we made concoctions to  represent the layers like the inner core, outer core and the other ones  I forgot bye Olzz hope your back soon.

On the Saturday  miller and I are going to the Forest on are bikes. We are going to do the blue and parts of the  red   like…
