Today I have been learning a lot about whales like where they live, what the different types are, and what they eat. I hope you like my drawing.

I have also worked through a Horrible Histories game online about the Vile Victorians. It was good fun but I learned lots about the Victorians and Charles Darwin.

Hello everyone

Today I have done some colouring. How are you all today? I hope you all are okay. I’m okay. I would like to tell you the colouring was fun for us. Caspian’s picture is very good I tried my best like Caspian. We had a lot of fun. What did you all do today? I did a lot of colouring. Caspian’s drawing  was a wolf, my two are not wolves but are still cute too. Caspian’s wolf has red eyes.

Hello everyone

Today I have done some spelling and math’s. I had a bit of spelling is was not too hard for me. With my math’s I had some help from Mark  and now I know how to do taking away with partitioned 2 digit numbers.   I also learnt when to use a comma, exclamation mark and question mark. I wrote some sentences as examples for each kind.

Hello everyone

Today I have done some Maths and Reading. I was reading the teddy bear band.  In the picture I saw 5 bird’s they where so lovely to me the bird’s were sitting on 2 tree’s and it well it was so lovely. My maths was a bit hard, it was adding 2 digit numbers using partitioning, but I did it in the end. In Teddy Bear Band I felt like I was in the book because the book is just so lovely and well the book is where you you just want to be a teddy bear and have teddy bear friends like I want  to be a teddy bear and have teddy bear friends.

Hello, I have been learning about horses today.

A baby horse is called a foal.

The foal stands and goes under their mummys tummy to drink their milk.

Some farmers use horses to help them move cattle from one place to another.

Shetland ponies are the size of a big dog.

Working horses eat lots of oats to stay strong.

People made paintings of horses on cave walls about 1700 years ago.

I also did some work on how we care for our teeth, learnt about orchestras and did some maths.

Hello, this is the picture from the story I read today. Teddy Bears Party by Molly Brett. I answered some questions and also did some handwriting. Then I made up a picnic list and some party games for the teddies. I have just come back from school where I talked with my teachers it was really good.

Hello, I have been writing letters to my friends and family today. I drew a fairy picture on all of my home made cards and said what I have been doing lately. I also said about some of my lessons and my woodland walks and my baking with mummy. I said that my people are special to me and to smile every day.

Hi everybody

I have worked on my times tables and halves and doubles. Mummy taught me about different animal habitats because I love our walks in Holywood woods and I love animals very much. I learned about micro, mini and standard habitats. Then I picked which habitats different places belonged. Todays story was Pixie Circus by Molly Brett. It is about a circus where all the performers are animals and fairies and pixies. The ringmaster is called Mr Tufty Tail and he is a squirrel. Mummy asked me how the picture made me feel and this is what I wrote. It makes me feel happy and like I’m a fairy. It looks lovely, pretty and magical. It also feels like Pixieland. I feel i am in my book and I dance and sing. Today Mummy showed me how to find math facts in a word sum. My last lesson was about using a key to identify things. I looked at a leaf key then I identified six leaves to the trees they are from. I got them all right.

I am writing letters to my friends Iris and Penny tomorrow, they are being home schooled like me so we send a lot of letters to each other and I do my drawings for them to make them smile. We had a lovely Halloween. i wore a costume, i was a bat girl with silver cobweb tights. Mummy and Mark gave us a Halloween treasure hunt and we found lots of nice treats.

Today I designed a Halloween costume for a magic girl. I drew it in my exercise book and labelled all the types of fabric used and all the magic powers. I also designed a mask to go with it. For literacy, I wrote a spell. I hope you like it.

Some drool of a wolf, a purr of a cat,

A look of a doll, a fallen crow’s feather,

A sneeze of a fox, a step from a horse,

A bee in a flower, the hug of a golden child,

Stirring widdershins, for the call of a unicorn.

I did my reading and writing today. I read Snow Time by Molly Brett. It is about the woodland animals having fun in the snow. I answered some questions to check I understood the story then I copied out two paragraphs to practice my handwriting. I found my maths a bit tricky today but mummy helped me by showing me ways to help me get the right answers. My Halloween lesson was all about spiders. These are the things I found out.

1. A spider has 8 legs.
2. Spiders have two body parts.
3. Some spiders can bite.
4. Some spiders spin a web.
5. All spiders make silk.
6. Most spiders have 8 eyes.
7. Spiders do not have wings.
8. Spiders eat insects.
9. Spiders have blue blood.
10. Spiders lay eggs.
