Hi everyone,

I didn’t write a blog yesterday because I struggled with my maths so was a bit cross. Mummy has helped lots and lots today so I did very well and understood better.

I have researched a lot about seahorses. These are my facts from my book and programme. Mummy and Caspian helped me too.

Seahorses are masters of camouflage.

A seahorses has no teeth and a primitive stomach.

They make a clucking sound when eating.

A seahorse’s eyes move independently.

A seahorses headdress is called a coroner. They are like fingerprints, they are all different.

Seahorses are terrible swimmers.

Seahorses have no scales.

The male carries the babies.

The female nods because she is in charge.

I love seahorses ❤

I also helped make lemon and sultana scones after I drew a seahorses for you.

Hello from Tanith,

Erin’s mummy asked if I would like to draw a poster telling people to take their rubbish home. My mummy talked to us today about what can happen if people throw their rubbish down. It makes me very sad that animals could die because people are mean and cant be bothered to take their rubbish home with them. I did a poster. I hope you like it. And remember, take your rubbish home with you.

Hello,

On Tuesday I went to the forest and explored with my mummy, Mark and Caspian. We took my dog Idris, she is a girl and we call her Iddy for short. We had lots of fun. I leant some new flowers like speedwell, red campion and plantain.  I helped make an orange and rosemary cake for Erin and her family because she gave me some of her things that she no longer fitted. She gave me some lovely clothes so the cake was to say thank you. I also helped make a cake and some cookies for one of the ladies in the village. We left her treats on her doorstep so she would get a nice surprise when she opened her door.

We have been practicing our sports week by having a limbo competition. Caspian, Mummy and Mark could not do it but I could!

I have been reading my bear story and my unicorn story. I have also been copying the words from my bear story into my exercise book to help my spelling and handwriting. Today I drew a pink purple panda for my A-Z challenge from Miss Dale. I am sorry it is taking me ages but it is hard to do.

Today I made tea for my family without any help and we all loved my cheesy tomato pasta. Mummy says I can make more meals for us all as I really enjoy cooking and baking for us.

I have been reading to my cats and dog to help them learn as they don’t know how to spell words.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday me, Mark, Caspian, Mummy and Idris went for an adventure in the woods near home. We went for a lovely walk.  We learnt lots of things about plants, trees, tree rings and animal dens. We also watched bees getting pollen in foxglove flowers. When mummy told me what they were, I actually thought she meant foxes wear gloves!! I also saw a tree which had fallen over so Mummy told me how to find out it’s age.

Today I have been continuing to work on my A-Z. It is much harder than I thought. I also fed my blackbirds, rooks, sparrows and jay this morning. I am designing our garden so my birds can have a bird bath.

Ludo has been very playful today as you can see from my picture.

Hi all,

Today I have been trying to do Miss Dale’s challenge of making an alliteration alphabet of animals. I sketched some of the ones I am going to use and I am going to make the final copy tomorrow. My mummy will make me a little mini book to fill with my animals. I’m sorry this a short blog.

Hello everyone,

Today for my art class, I designed a fairy garden using fuzzy felt and my fairy book. When I was happy with my final design, I drew it with coloured pencils and also added a collage effect by adding extra paper flowers. Mummy liked the picture so much and she has put it up in our sitting room window.

I spent some time reading on EPIC. I read about  Scaredy Monster and how he learned to ride his bike. I also read some more of my Winnie the Witch book.

I spent some more time on my healthy eating menu. I performed my show for my neighbours. I danced and sang some songs. They watched from their kitchen window while I was in the garden.

Today I read and watched a film about what would happen to the earth if our sun died. It would get very cold, plants and animals would die, even humans.

I made some artwork using fuzzy felt. I made a fairy garden with all the fairies and animals dancing and happy. I used lots of flowers and little petals. The fuzzy felt was my mummy’s when she was little.

Mummy got me a special seed mix for my garden birds. They call out to me for food now and come down when me and mummy put the food out for them.

My cat Ludo is doing much better and isn’t in his cage much now. We need to take care of him though as he is not allowed to run, jump or climb as his bones are not properly healed. I really love him very much.

Mummy made corned beef hash for lunch and I had a second plate because it was really yummy. But I got very full.

Today I learnt about peacocks. I wrote down ten facts, I will tell you one of them. The boy peacock dances to make friends with a girl peacock. I drew a white peacock. It is displayed in my bedroom window now.

I have also written a menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I am going to carry on with this tomorrow in my healthy eating lesson. I had a banana today to be healthy. I am going to do my yoga exercises in my garden now.

I forgot all about my blog yesterday, sorry.

Today I learnt how to write alliteration. It is when two words start with the same letter or sound. Like, three cat cushions. Then I did French and Spanish colours and numbers. I also found out some facts about France. I am still reading about Whizz Bang Winnie with mummy. I an using this book to copy out sections to help my handwriting and spelling.

Today in literacy I wrote about a fictional character I’d like to be friends with. I chose Holly the fairy. I wrote some sentences about her. Then I did some map reading on a map of Western Europe. I learnt how to read the key and find capital cuties and countries.

My tie dye bags look awesome, I am really happy.  I have some pictures to show you but the things still need ironing to be perfect. I want to have a shop selling my tie dye bags!

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend. I am going to bake Mrs Madden’s jammy biscuits and we are going to make some cakes for our neighbours.
