Hi harry and Rune  here  and today I’m going to tell you about what I did on my first week back at  school.  The first week back was a fun week with no proper school work but everyone was still sleepy. On  Monday  we did the pirate game and made posters . On Tuesday we played the pirate game again and then we did some games with everyone in the  school so we could get to no each other. On Wednesday we finally finished the pirate game and we did a whole school game of exhaustion.  On Thursday we did P.E Art, Outdoor Learning and Drama. Finally on Friday We started the class room charter and put leaf’s on a piece of paper then on the door we started to make our own  animals.

On Monday we had the option to make a wooden animal or a spear thrower and we also played games and made smores.

On Tuesday we made shelters using rope and tarp and tying them to trees we did  sculptures and made quesadillas.

On Wednesday we used Kelly kettles to make hot chocolate for our groups.

On Thursday we did a lot of games we also did a mini beast hunt and a scavenger hunt then after school we did camp over.

On Friday we had a big woodland break and made rope bridges and dens we also cleared Himalayan balsam.

Over the last month we have been doing sound trap.  Sound trap is a website that you can make music on. It makes it easy. 

 

We have done multiple projects and here is one of mine!

Hello today i am going to talk about writing in p6/7.

For writing we are given a series of tasks which are to use at least 3 conjunctions to extend our sentences. To use 2 short sentences each has to include exactly 3 words and 1 of them has to have a ! at the end. there is examples on my writing then  the last requirement is we need a question.

To mark them we use a highlighter and a coloured pencil to mark our conjunctions we circle them with the highlighter for the short sentences we underline them with the highlighter and the question word and mark is ticked with the coloured pencil.

On my birthday me and Olly went rock climbing at a place in Dumfries. when we went to the rock climbing we had to hire shoes for some reason. When we started climbing we decided to do one of the easy courses. then we decided to try one of the harder courses we struggled and we only managed a few. most of the time we didn’t do courses we just climbed anywhere we wanted. Our feet where sore because the toes and heels where really hard. you had to get shoes smaller than your normal shoes we think it was for like extra grip or something.

On my birthday i am going to a rock climbing with Olly and on the weekend i am going to a go karting.  For my presents i don’t overly know what i’m getting.

On Christmas I got a pear of socks and a onesie from my first presents. My next present had football boots and goals.  A few days ago I got another present for Christmas it was a new mouse. For new years I’m excited for my birthday and the Easter holidays.

Yesterday after school I went to the badminton club we where practising hitting it back and the running so the next person hits it we ran around the whole hall after hitting it if we hit it too far or don’t hit it we have to run twice.

After we did that we had some matches they where 3v3 the team sometimes changed we also changed who served every time we played first to 15 but most of the time it was first to 11.
