I helped make mars bar crispys and I cant wait to eat them.

Today I did some take away sums from the big sheet, I will do more of them tomorrow.

I wrote down where all Miss Dales items from her treasure map were and then I made my own map by using a big long ruler to get the grid made.  I wrote in my jotter where all the items in the grid were.

We played fruit explosion which was fun but we haven’t finished it yet.

I got my tub of ice from the freezer and added another layer, I put pepper on this time, It’s looking good!!

Can’t wait to make my choc Mars crispies tomorrow!

 

 

This morning after reading my words I did some adding and take away sums.  Maw then Read the poem ‘A Dug’ again and I wrote down some words that rhyme for my poem ‘A Fish Tank’.

I enjoyed doing this, it made me laugh but I did need a bit of help putting it all together.

I am going a walk this afternoon and will do some reading later on.

 

 

Today I read both the poems, I really liked them both as they were really funny,  I have wrote down what I think the words mean and I have drew a picture of the crocodile.

I have also read ‘A dug’ and I’m going to have a think what to write for a wee poem tomorrow.

I did some fractions and sums and after lunch I got my tub out the freezer and added more water and some ground almonds, the ice came away from the bottom of the tub and floated a bit in the new water but I’ve put it back in the freezer now to see what happens.

 

 

This is my biggest teddy, I got him for my first Christmas and he used to be much bigger than me, now I am bigger than him.

This is also my happy picture, he sits at the bottom of my bed every night.

I am going to take a picture of my big teddy.

I got  him for my first christmas.

Today I wrote down all my new words, I then read Jordan’s new Jaiket which was very funny, I answered all the questions.  It was fun finding out what all the words meant.

After lunch I put some water in a little tub to start the ice experiment, it is now in the freezer.

 

Today I started with my spelling test and then did some more adding up.

I did some squiggle drawing with my sister and made my picture into a monster.

I then looked around the house for some tiling patterns and found quite a few, we are not sure if the cup and the wall count as tiling patterns though!

I was then learning about barnacle geese and looked on my globe to see how far they had flown to get here.  I didn’t know that the baby’s had to jump off cliffs to get to their mums!

Today I did a lot of calendar work, I did the quiz too.
I enjoyed seeing my friends and teachers on zoom and seeing what they got for Christmas.

I really enjoyed learning to write my name in 3D writing.  I colored my name in to look like sweets because I love sweets.

This afternoon I will read TIMMY ON THE TOILET.

I have been playing keyboard games on mums computer and it helps me find letters.
