P4/5 have been working on measuring angles on their whiteboards today!

Global warming is bad for the planet .

Global warming is when the earth is heating up because the gas from the factories and cars are going in the air. pollution is also causing global warming.

Turtles eat the plastic in the ocean and fish do too , then they die from eating it sometimes.

Try to stop throwing rubbish into the ocean And try to not use your car so much.

Stop buying gas cars and buy electric cars if you can afford it. And stop building power plants.

Just a little post to let you all know that our phone lines and Internet are currently down. We are hoping to be back up and running very soon.

Another week of home learning completed- well done everyone.

Today there is a new Health and Wellbeing task on all of the learning pages.

Looking forward to seeing lost of you back in school next week. Tanith and Caspian- looking forward to catching up with you guys virtually.

Abigail has been working hard on her home learning this week. She has created 2 amazing pieces of art work and has written a set of instructions on how to make a paper airplane. Maybe some of you would like to have a go at making one? She has also been working hard on her numeracy work. Well done Abigail. Can’t wait to see you at school on Monday!

 

 

This afternoon in the hub we designed characters and products to help us with hand hygiene.

This afternoon in the hub we worked on the Horrid Hands Experiment. We found that washing our hands with cold water didn’t remove a lot of the cinnamon (harmful microbes), washing our hands with warm water was slightly better but the best and most hygienic way was to use both warm water and soap.

Speaking of mould… look what I just found in the back of my cupboard! An extremely mouldy lemon. I think it has been hiding in there for a couple of weeks!! 🍋

Hi everyone. It’s Friday again!

Your new Health and Wellbeing task is on all learning pages. It has a World Book Day theme today.

I have also added an easy chocolate chip cookie recipe to the cooking club recipe page. You only need 4 ingredients for it and most of them you might already have at home.
