On the 6th of June, 1940, Germany took over Western Europe by force, along with France, Netherlands and Belgium. To fight and free these countries, the American, Canadian and Britain Army got involved together, and performed the BIGGEST military procedure ever attempted on sea, air and land. This courageous operation would be known as, D day. (D stands for D so it’s kinda weird…. Day day…. ANYWAYS) THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of American, Canadian and British soldiers landed on the beaches, air planes and ships to support them. They managed to take back ALL five of the beaches they targeted. (Which was made easier, as just weeks before hand, they had tricked Germany into thinking they were headed for another part of the French coast, when in actual fact, were NOT.)

D Day was a HUGE turning point for the war, as before, British troops had no access to Western Europe, but after this affair, allied soldiers had a way to send their people to fight against the Germans, and begin freeing countries taken by Nazis.

The Germans ended up splitting their forces between the Eastern Front, and the Western Front, weakening their side, fast forwarding to the end of the war.

AHH MY FINGERS HURT FROM TYPING THAT, BUT YEA. So I hope you learnt more about D day from all this, because I GOTTA BOUNCE TO GALA GROUPS!

Hiii! Rhona and Ori here!! SORRY ORI KEEPS PUBLISHING IT MAN. But anywayssss. Today we were doing AAAA…. (drum roll) SCIENCE EXPERRRRIMENT. SO we were testing reversible and irreversible STUFF by putting objects on spoon and melting them with fire. ( Btw Ori’s finger is my typewriter and its TOUGH MKAY.) We did umm…. Wax, chocolate, matches, new P1s and ICE. C:

SO YEAAAH. This was a pretty short blog but oh wellll heh.

Hiii! Rhonas back AGAIN (wont be for long tho, highschool and allllll :() so pretty recently a GEOLOGIST came in and said stuff about rocks and dinosaursssss it was pretty good as welll. C: We saw this like…. big mosasaurus skeleton and BAH google a pic of one they are SCARY FISH.

LOOK AT THAT FISHHH…its upside down but still lol LOOKKK.

Hii! Rhona’s back and its been a WHILE. We got a whole new topic, (Judaism) and we’re learning about like…. emotions I guess?? We were meant to make a little roleplay about different emotions and expressing them which was pretty easy so Rawr. C: (Rawr is a new addition to the Rhona Dictionary by the way and it means like, SO YEAH! Just saying lol) We’ve also been learning about financial stuff like money saving and salary and all that.

Now Miss Dale said not to write your whole life story heh so i’ll CYA!

HELLO! Rhonas back and im here to tell u stuff about learning and yeah heh. So like, I wasnt here yesterday cuz i had a sore everything but other than thattttt we started doing this alien thingy where we write about this film we watch and i think everyone hates me now for suggesting that but at least we dont have to do actual work. C;.

Hellooo! Rhona and Ramani here! C: Today we went to the devils porridge and it was MWA (chefs kiss) and we all just kinda walked around looking at stuff and it was all about world wars and facts and taught us a lot! So FIRST of allll, (this bit may be a wee bit boring but i cannae go out to play until this is done OK!)

We went to the devils porridge museum to learn about the world wars.

We got split into 3 groups so we could cover the museum and not trip over each others coats and everything but ANYWAYS.

I was in group 3 with Ramani and we got to try on clothes and do games on touch screen thingies.

We went outside and saw the air raid shelter and the train guy who was a train. That makes a lot of sence.

We also watched a short wee film on world war facts.

We went to the gift shop and there was a bunch of war stuff and souvenirs but i literally found a bit of honey and I bought that. Heh.

We ate lunch of which i got a bacon sandwich (I know, your jealous)

 

Also on the bus we listened to Whitney Huston (yass) and sang and irritated the bus driver.

Then we went back on the bus and came back to school and can i just say that the bus driver managed to steer a giant bus full of a bunch of annoying wee kids BACKWARDS from the end of the road of potholes and stuff and everything which takes SKILL.

The devils porridge was REALLY fun and i recommend going.

OKK!! DONE IM GOING OUT TO PLAY!

Whats goodddd Rhonas back C: and i have some pretty EXCITING news!! So, basically we did this ration challenge thingy where we have to use ww1 rations to make a meal and you know what :>> I honestly think my team won! :DDD When we were choosing teams I wassss gonna go with Ori, Lottie and Payton but then I was like what the heckk so i went with Ramani Jackson and Freddie… heh. SO anyways, after I went with them everyone was saying about our team that we would lose and everythinggg and we wouldnt make anything niceee BUT then Ramani gave us his dads recipe for soup and then Freddie gave us a fish! (Trout). Fast forward after a bunch of stress and Gordon Ramsay-ing, we had finally made our dish, Miss Dale and Mrs Gray LOVED it, said Freddies fish was cooked perfectly and MWA. I am very very proud of our group and honestly dont mean to brag, (yes i do) but i honestly think we won! :DDD

UPDATE!!! WE WOOOOONNN! :DDDDD WE GOT 4 WOODEN SPOONS AND NOW WE CAN STIR STUFF AHHHH YESSSS! :DDDD

Hii! Im backkk and I have a good few things to say! So first of all, we ended our WW1 topic and now we’re on WW2 which is pretty cool cuz as well as that we r doing like, this making planes and i’m making a German mezzsurshmit or however u spell it. ALSO I do remember i was meant to go home like, last post and post what i was gonna talk about but then my mum was on the computer so i couldn’t do it :CC

Also the thing i was gonna say basically doesn’t matter and its really petty to talk about it on here lol but imma say it anyways so SOME PEOPLE  (Looking at you, Jackson and pepe) have been copying my TITLES like Eg, ITS RHONAAAA :DDD and Jackson posted after ITS JACKSONNN :DDD and i’m not even mad they did it i’m just kinda puzzled cuz why copy the most cringeworthy thing ever especially off me xDD WHY! Alsoooo pretty sure I got a comment from an unknown person off one of my last posts and MEH I REALLY WANNA READ IT but Miss Dale has to approve it first. :/// Oh welllll it’ll probably be fineee.

OOOO and u know the bookthief book? Probably not bc i didnt talk about it lol but like, U most likely seen it from Ori bc we r reading the same thing but its really good so far even though i normally despise reading bc people give me stuff to read instead of letting me CHOOSEEE because I have a really bad attention span heh and I always read them on auto pilot then forget what happens XD
