Thursday 7th May

Hello

So today I made my butterfly feeder. I got my mum to help me as I had to draw lots of flowers so needed help to cover the container. We made 2. I hope some butterflies go to them. It wasn’t as sunny today.

I did some hard maths which mum had to help as it was hard and I read the story ‘The snow house’

Hope all my teachers and friends are ok.

Wednesday 6th May

Hi

It has been such a lovely day today I have been doing work in the garden. My mum put up the parasol because I was too hot and i couldn’t see my maths book. We played bingo again and we played bingo with words so I had to read the words out.

I did a drawing of a bunch of flowers. My nan has lots of flowers in her garden. Later I am going to try and make a butterfly feeder.

Hi

I have been busy the past 2 days. Yesterday I made Honeycomb. This is what u need..

Butter for greasing tin

200g caster sugar

5 tbsp golden syrup

2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

It was lovely. My dad and I ate it all!  Yesterday I did some maths on the computer on Top Marks and I did some drawing in my book from the story ‘What the Ladybird Heard’.

Today I checked my bug hotel. I found a snail and a spiders web. I then did some Rhythm work. I loved this. I used 2 wooden spoons for drum sticks. Then I did some maths and read a book called ‘Better than you and Brr, it’s cold.

Tuesday 28th April

Today I started off playing in the garden and colouring in in my tent. After that mum and I looked at french words for numbers. I have been practising saying numbers 1-20 in french. It was funny saying it in french.

Then I was on Sumdog and did adding and takeaway.

I decided to do my reading on Oxford Owl today instead. I like hearing the story then trying to read it myself. I spent ages on the laptop looking at different books. My favourite story was about Horses.

Monday 27th April

Hello everyone

Today I played Bingo with my mum, nan and kolin. I was the boss and called out the numbers. We are going to play it again tonight when my dad finishes work. I have prizes like cuddly toys that you can win if you get bingo.

My mum and I watched video’s on food chains and I have made my own food chain. There is a lettuce, a tadpole, a bird and a snake. I didnt know snakes could eat birds!

I read a book called ‘Sweets’ then I did some maths work. I am going for a walk now but think I will take my scooter.

Fri 24th April

Hi everyone!

Today I made my bug hotel. I had to cut up bits of wood with a saw. I had to be very careful and wear gloves.  The wood had holes in so the bugs can hide inside. I tied string around the wood and put pine cones and plant pots in it too.

There is spiders in it already 😊

I have done some maths work but will maybe write a story tomorrow. I did 3 jigsaws by myself then we had the garden hose on and I was running under the water. I was soaking but it was so funny 🤣

22nd April – My tadpoles

I have been doing my maths and reading my book today. I made a story up about my favourite film ‘Hotel Transylvania’

Here are my tadpoles. I did have lots but some died but this is Wendy and Bobby. They are getting really big but dont have legs yet.

Bye 😊
