Hi,

Today I was working really hard counting out money for my maths work. Mum was proud of me counting up the money and knowing the total.

I did some reading then I did a painting.

This is Vincent Van Gogh’s painting – Starry Night.

I wrote 5 facts about him.

Now I am going to facetime my friend Cassie. She has been in hospital but she is much better now.

Kitchen Science

Hi, we had good fun today doing some experiments!

We made the fizzy lava lamp and it was just like a volcano! It fizzled right over the jar.

Then we made the lava jar. It was bubbling away and really cool.

The witches brew was good fun aswell. I thought it would fizz over the top.

I did maths and read 2 books too. I am getting much better at my reading now.

Skittles Rainbow

Hi everyone

My mum turned the photos but that didnt work so all the photos are on there side…sorry.

So today I did maths and reading then we made a skittles rainbow. I didn’t  know this was going to happen. I haven’t done it before so it was a surprise when all the colours came out. It looks so pretty. Then I ate all the skittles 😂

I made frozen cup cakes and decorated them for my family. They tasted yummy!

LONG JUMP

We did the long jump today and Dad is the winner. He could jump really far!! My score was better than mum’s and nan’s.

I have been reading today and mum said my reading was fantastic! I also did a page of maths which was tricky sums but I did it. 😊x

Team Flag – Ella’s Rainbow Team

Today I finished off my team flag for sports week. I think it looks better with paint. I would usually use felt tips but used paint instead.

Healthy Snack

I made a fruit salad for a healthy snack. Here are the ingredients. You chop all of the ingredients up and mix them in a bowl then pour in some lemon juice. It tastes really nice!

I did a page of maths and some reading so I’m ready to sit and watch  a film now. I’m going to watch The Greatest Showman.   I love this film.

It was hard to do this! I didn’t do very well. It was hard to hang them up so I think I need to practise.  The video didn’t work so we had to take a photo 😂

Mum has emailed my ‘Hanging the Washing Up’ challenge as it wouldn’t work on here. I didn’t do very well as it was hard to do! 😂

Today I designed my own tshirt and shorts for sports day. I thought about a rainbow and thought of the NHS too. I decided to paint them instead of felt tips. I made up an opening ceremony dance but cant see the video on here. Might need your help again Miss                 Brochie-Donald to find it 🥴 my mum tapped on the drum for a beat for me.

Hello everyone

Today I have been so hot! I had to go inside after lunch and cool down for abit.  I have got my swimsuit on today ready for the pool.  I did some maths straight after my breakfast, hard takeaway sums and did my reading too. Mum said if I got some work done then when we finished we could get the paddling pool out.

I have started my biscuit tower and will take a photo when it’s finished. I am going to chose my favourite biscuit which is a twix to put on top of it!
