On Wednesday p.7s went to secondary school first we got put into house groups and  I’m in bucclough after that we went to registration my teacher was Mrs. Holmes.

After that we went to steam with Mrs. Hogg all we had to was pick a subject for S.3 I can`t remember what I picked.

After that we did Science with Mrs. Earle I was in lab 10 in science we did a safety check and all the girls had to tie there hair up if they are near boncine burners.

After that it was lunch when everyone had lunch we all went back to class I went to Spanish but we only did that for 45 minutes all we did was see what we can say.

my last class was mathes it was ok its not that hard all we were doing was fractions, decimals and number lines then drawing.

 

 

Thursday we just did drawing what was good so if we were in English we did a black out poems and in mathes we just did cross words.

 

 

Friday was really easy we did ICT religious education mathes again and then French that was my favorite because I know it really well because of Mrs. Hamilton.

Tomorrow the rest of the primary 7s are going to high school for 3 days.

3 Of the primary 7s (Kaylan , Georgia and Greg) are away today in till Thursday what means they are luckily back on Friday.

Last Friday we had an environment day and we have 5 different stations the first station my group was in was beach box with miss Stapleton.

Miss Stapleton, Miss Brockie Donald and Miss Dale went down to sandy hills beach to collect plastic of the ground and the brought it into school and all we had to do is say if its meant to be on the beach or not.

We done a true or false on the computer which was good.

After Miss Stapleton we went to Miss Dale and we done drawings of how old we would be by the time a piece of plastic takes to disintegrate.

After lunch we went to Mrs. Jardine for food miles and we had to do how long it takes for things in the field to arrive to your plate .

Then we went to Miss McIntyre and all we done there is make bracelets and necklaces out of bags by that time we had finished the end of the day.

This morning  primary 7 have started there P.7 profiles and miss dale just told us after the Easter holidays primary 7 only have 1 more term left a Holywood.

Me and Kaylan just looked at each other like wow that’s came quick but we are kinda excited for high school but nervous at the same time.

With Miss McIntyre we are doing plastic pollution and a few days back we done a slogan for people to stop throwing plastic in the sea/ocean.

Today we have been doing a tour of the playground leaflet because when the new Primary 1s come we can give them one well not me because im in Primary 7 and going to high school.

I think we have finished our smoking and alcohol topic with miss dale and I think we have also finished our skeleton topic with miss Mackentyre.

So that’s what’s going on at Holywood primary.

About 4 weeks ago we started a thing called kiva.

so what kiva is it is a anti bullying program and what the p.5-7 class do is every Friday we sit in a circle and we talk about kiva.

Rule 1-At the end of kiva we always do a rule and the rules and what the rules are so far are we treat every one with respect.

Rule 2-together we will make the class a group that every one enjoys being apart of.

Rule 3-we do not bully.

Rule 4-we”ll fight hidden bullying.

So that’s our 4 kiva rules the now but we get a rule at the end of every kiva lesson.

this years residential is going to be my last one and am exited.

on Friday we went to a ww1 museum and it was really fun and interesting.

When we went in there was a woman and a solder standing and the woman said when I clap my hands we would go back in time…WE DID.

We were the agents we also got put into groups and in our groups we had group names Dakotas group name was owls

and my name was wolf.

 

 

then from there we done tasks and it was really fun.

today at holywood school its dress as you please for children in need so what we had to do was bring in a donation and then you get to wear what ever you want some people wore pyjamas but some just wore normal clothes.

People were wearing clothes to come in to school with but in there bag they have brought pyjamas only some people done that.

the donations peole brought in was £1 or £2.

This afternoon we are doing a science festival it starts at 2 o’clock I don’t know what time it finishes at.
