This week in class we have been busy…

• measuring lots of things round the school using trundle wheels and metre sticks
• reading books together
• tasting some Spanish foods like Spanish tortilla, chorizo, Serrano ham, patatas bravas and churros (churros were definitely our favourites)
• playing with our new set of wooden blocks – we have built towers and houses, made bowling games, and had lots of fun!

We’ve also made the most of it being dry (although cold!) and been out for some walks. Hope you are all having a good week too!

Daniel and Abigail have been doing some writing about the books they have been reading at home – has anyone else tried Dinosaur Cove or Demon Dentist?
