I had three induction days at Wallace hall academy and it was amazing. First I had to get the bus and it was nerve-wracking but I was excited so we had to stand up for 30 minutes until we got there and when I arrived I had a gut sinking feeling. I started to feel comfortable. The first period was drama and all we did was games. when lunch crept up there was a massive selection. There was 2 people in some of my classes and they were annoying they got told off several times and they didn’t listen. but overall I enjoyed it.

2 weeks ago we had a town trip and we were split in 6 groups and I wad in miss Jardin. here is the people in my group me, Euan ,Alexa,cleo,Josie,Mena, moirah, Abigail and Freddie. so we started at dock park and we hade to do some tasks and the first one was draw a accurate map of dock park and label it then see how many steps it was to here to there. the second task was take a picture with everyone in our group next to the Holywood tree. Then we went to Robert burns house and we had one big task to do witch was find certain things about his house and his furniture. Then we went to the 4 bridges and we had to draw the 4 bridges PS accurate. Then we went home! until the next day on our town trip.

Last Friday we had environment day. And it wasn’t the best but it was ok. In Miss Stapleton’s class (was my favorite)  We were learning about the ocean. We have only discovered 4% of the ocean. Flip flops are the one of biggest problem for the ocean. 50,000 flip flops were discovered on a island were no one lives.

today we where doing a science afternoon and I was in a group with James , Aidan , Jack , Rhys. Paul was in a group with Euan , Liam , Merissa and Dakota. We where learning about buoyancy and we had to fill up a tub half full and get 5 things that float and 5 things that sink.

today at Holywood primary school we where doing a poster on a A4 bit of paper the p7 where doing a poster of operation safety and its hard to remember because it was nearly 2 months ago and I don’t remember it.

yesterday we where starting to do the school play for Christmas and we are doing wizard of oz. I want to do the scarecrow part because its funny and its a main part and last year I was a main part and a funny part. I want to do a main part because its my last year because I am going to high school. we where reading the script yesterday and it is the best script so far. I get nervous when I go on stage because everyone is looking at me and when I get a line wrong I am scared because I think everyone knows the script. it is 19 days and one month until Christmas everyone is very exited.

This year has went around so fast. Its Halloween tomorrow and everyone is extremely exited for Halloween its my second favourite time of the year because you can scare people and little kids and go trick or treating. I love carving pumpkins and making them in to scary faces and then put candles inside and after we make pumpkin soup and its lovely. we normally have a Halloween disco at Holywood its where you dress up and come to school in your scary outfits and you can dance and play spooky corners is you get someone to turn facing a wall and if they shout out the corner your in you are out and if they don’t shout out your corner your still in. We also have a game that is where you get some volunteer to come over and the kids warp the parents in toilet paper like a mummy.
